Food & Wine Classic

In one of the world’s top resort towns, thousands of enthusiastic wine and food devotees, culinary superstars and the top names in food and wine will gather for a trendsetting epicurean extravaganza at the Food & Wine Magazine Classic. The 26th Annual event held in Aspen, Colorado, is a widely recognized top destination for discovering culinary talent. This year the event will welcome Washington State’s Chukar Cherries to the coveted Grand Tasting.

This year’s event is held June 13th through 15th in downtown Aspen with a backdrop of the glorious Rocky Mountains this is the summer’s sold out event. The three-day weekend brings Food & Wine Magazine to life with cooking demonstrations, food samplings and wine tastings. Seminars led by Bobby Flay, Danny Meyer, Jacques Pépin, Masaharu Morimoto and more—provide a world-class educational and entertaining experience.

“We are honored to be among such culinary creators,” said Pamela Montgomery, Chukar Cherry Company owner and founder. Montgomery plans to make it a family event by bringing her husband and business partner, JT, and daughter Aleida. They will offer attendees a sample from the Chukar® collection of naturally dried and chocolate-covered Northwest cherries. Chukar Cherries and wine are a natural pairing that Pam hopes will bring a unique flavor to the event.
